This smoothie right here is one of my favorites, because of the simplicity required to make, and the great benefits! It’s perfect for mornings because apples are high in fructose, and gives your body a good source of sustainable energy to start the day off with. A handful of spinach is a good source of vitamin K, and I included one whole kiwi to give the smoothie a better flavor. It’s fun to experiment with smoothies, so to change it up, I like put in some aloe juice, or plain greek yogurt!
