I remember the first time I tried this look out; it was Halloween night two years ago. My hair was cut short and I had just recently bought a pair of white gogo boots. That Halloween I was going to be Twiggy. I loved everything about Twiggy, especially the makeup.
Recently, a cut crease eye look has become all the rage . At the Chanel Fall 2017 ready-to-wear show the models had a black line painted right above their crease and loads of lower lashes. According to Vogue, "Tom Pecheux delivered a 2017 twist to the iconic look of 1960's beauty." Tom Pecheux, makeup artist, inspiration for this retro look derived from Barbarella.
Twiggy was not the only celebrity that was known for this look, you can find photos of Jane Fonda and Jane Birkin sporting a 60's eye look. This look is perfect for all you girls with big eyes and it's very easy to achieve.
